These terms and conditions apply to all clients using our digitizing and design services. By placing an order with Turbo Digitizing, you agree to the following terms:
1. Intellectual Property
• All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, designs, and images, is the property of Turbo Digitizing and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use of any content is strictly prohibited without permission.
2. Use of Services
• We provide digitizing, vector art, and graphic design services.
• Our website and services must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
3. Order Placement and Acceptance
• Placing an order with Turbo Digitizing constitutes an offer to purchase our services.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order without providing a reason.
• If your order is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation via email or message.
4. Pricing and Payments
• The pricing for our services is listed on the website and may change without prior notice.
• We deliver the design first, and payment is required afterward.
• Payments must be made twice a month: once in the middle of the month and once at the end of the month.
• If payment is delayed for more than 10-15 days and the client remains unresponsive, we reserve the right to take legal action, and any legal expenses incurred will be the client’s responsibility.
5. Revisions & Edits
• We offer three (3) free revisions per project.
• Any additional revisions beyond the 3 free ones will be charged separately, depending on the complexity of the changes.
• Once the final files have been delivered, major modifications will not be free and will require additional payment.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
• Even if the client decides not to use the delivered design, payment is still mandatory.
• No refunds will be issued, as each project is customized to the client’s specific needs.
7. Work Ownership & Copyrights
• Until full payment is received, the design remains the property of Turbo Digitizing.
• After the payment is completed, the client owns full rights to the design.
• Turbo Digitizing reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or on social media (unless an NDA is signed).
8. Project Delivery Time
• Each project has an estimated delivery time, depending on client requirements and complexity.
• Urgent delivery requests may be subject to additional charges.
9. Client Communication & Responsibility
• Clients must provide timely feedback and responses throughout the project.
• If a client delays communication for too long, the project may be paused or canceled without a refund.
10. Privacy Policy
• We respect our clients’ privacy and do not share personal information with third parties unless required by law.

11. Indemnification
• By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Turbo Digitizing, its employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or violation of these terms.
